Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

RobCo is building autonomous industrial robotics and needs a strategic hiring partner in Austin to help establish the company as a leading provider of automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic hiring partner to senior and executive stakeholders, translating headcount plans into hiring strategies.
• Own complex, business‑critical searches end‑to‑end, including leadership and niche technical roles.
• Design and lead sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑reach talent markets using market mapping and competitor insight.
• Develop structured interview processes, scorecards, and selection frameworks, and coach hiring managers.
• Own recruiting data and reporting, using funnel metrics to diagnose bottlenecks.
• Mentor junior recruiters and drive improvements to recruiting operations and ATS workflows.
• Shape employer branding and talent pool strategy, building long‑term relationships with senior talent.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in‑house at a fast‑growing tech or engineering company.
• Proven track record of filling leadership or hard‑to‑fill technical roles through proactive sourcing.
• Deep credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to challenge unrealistic briefs.
• Strong command of structured assessment and interview calibration.
• Fluency with recruiting data, ATS workflows, and funnel metrics.
• Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced recruiters.

Required skills

• Knowledge of US recruiting practices and multi‑state hiring compliance.
• Experience with ATS systems and data‑driven recruiting metrics.
