Senior Supplier Medical Process Specialist

About the role

Zurich North America Claims is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead vendor governance and supplier performance for its Managed Care team. This fully remote, full‑time position offers flexibility while supporting operational excellence across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance and quality of work.
• Conduct regular quality audits, reviews, and compliance checks of supplier output.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
• Lead or participate in meetings, trainings, and operational reviews with vendors and internal partners.
• Support quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within claims and managed‑care operations.

Required profile

• Associate degree in nursing with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Current registered nurse license in the state of residence.
• Experience leading operational initiatives or work streams.
• Familiarity with workers’ compensation, catastrophic case management, or behavioral health nursing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience conducting quality audits and ensuring compliance.
