Senior Strategy Consultant / Manager (Los Angeles)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Consultant or Manager to join our Strategy Consulting team in Los Angeles. You will work directly with senior executives across Japan and North America, delivering data‑driven strategic insights for cross‑border initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end strategy consulting projects, from planning to client delivery.
• Conduct market, competitive, industry and regulatory research using primary and secondary sources.
• Develop data‑driven business cases, strategic recommendations and actionable solutions.
• Present findings to senior executives and prepare client deliverables such as reports and presentations.
• Serve as project manager to ensure timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with teams in the United States, Japan, Singapore and other APAC offices.
• Support business development activities, including proposal creation and client relationship management.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in strategy consulting or management consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and work with senior management.
• Experience with cross‑border business between Japan and North America is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
