Senior Store Manager – Retail

About the role

Lead a Levi’s® store with annual sales of $15M+ to profitable growth while building brand equity through superior store operations and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, train and oversee managers to ensure customer service, operational and visual merchandising standards are met.
• Develop and execute business strategies, manage inventory, loss prevention, payroll and merchandising plans.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent, and lead the in‑store leadership team through training programs.
• Drive sales performance, meet daily goals, and pilot new initiatives from corporate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (9+ years of combined education and work).
• Minimum 7 years retail management experience, including at least 3 years in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and business acumen.

Required skills

• Leadership and team development.
• Inventory control and loss‑prevention management.
