Retail Associate Manager – Store Leadership

About the role

The Associate Manager is a key member of the store management team, responsible for developing the team, executing strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. The role also assumes store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and analyzing performance data.
• Coach and develop team members through mentorship and leading by example.
• Ensure smooth store operations by managing daily tasks and maintaining high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a growth mindset who enjoys learning new tools and adapting to initiatives.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment handling multiple tasks.
• Passion for Levi’s brand and at least 3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
