Senior Staff Talent Sourcer – G&A

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Talent Sourcer who lives and breathes talent discovery – someone who can turn complex, highly specialized corporate hiring needs into precise sourcing strategies. You’ll act as the go‑to expert for talent intelligence, market mapping, proactive candidate generation, and pipeline cultivation across Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Strategy, IT and other corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and build data‑informed sourcing strategies for G&A and corporate disciplines.
• Develop comprehensive talent landscapes, mapping companies, skillsets, geographies and organizational structures to uncover hidden talent pools and competitor insights.
• Execute advanced Boolean searches and leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, ClearanceJobs, GitHub and niche aerospace networks to identify and engage exceptional candidates.
• Design and continuously improve AI‑powered sourcing workflows, research agents and automations that increase recruiter productivity and accelerate candidate discovery.
• Create repeatable sourcing systems, including market maps, talent intelligence reports and outreach content, that can be scaled across the Talent Acquisition organization.

Required profile

• 8+ years of sourcing experience, preferably supporting G&A or other complex, high‑growth organizations.
• Proven track record in market mapping, competitive intelligence and generating candidates for highly specialized technical roles.
• Hands‑on experience building or using AI‑driven sourcing workflows and coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Strong consultative partnership skills with recruiters, hiring managers and senior engineering leaders.
