Senior Program Manager, People Experience

About the role

Shield AI is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead high‑impact People Experience initiatives. You will partner with PX leaders and cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and continuously improve programs that boost organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and ongoing management of complex PX initiatives and cross‑functional programs.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
• Design and implement change‑management strategies to drive adoption, sustainability, and leader effectiveness.
• Build trust‑based relationships across PX functions, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and provide executive‑ready communications.
• Establish governance models, operating rhythms, reporting mechanisms, and maintain key program artifacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years leading complex programs, transformation initiatives, or organizational change in an HR/PX environment.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑wide, cross‑functional projects in high‑growth or similarly complex settings.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with a track record of bringing structure to ambiguous environments.
