Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant – Functional Transformation

About the role

Deloitte's Sales & Service team is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead functional transformation initiatives focused on Salesforce CPQ. You will work with clients to assess current processes, design future-state solutions, and drive implementation across lead‑to‑cash domains.

Key responsibilities

• Support transformation projects from assessment through implementation across business and functional areas.
• Analyze current‑state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document future‑state recommendations.
• Develop project deliverables such as workplans, process maps, status updates, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate with client and project teams to track decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Conduct data analysis and stakeholder interviews to inform recommendations and implementation planning.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of consulting or Lead‑to‑Cash implementation experience.
• Three or more large‑scale, full‑life‑cycle implementations of CPQ/CLM/Billing solutions.
• Salesforce CPQ certification and a Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work independently, lead projects or workstreams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and professional interpersonal skills.
