Senior Retail Recruiter (Los Angeles)

About the role

KellyOCG is seeking a Senior Retail Recruiter to partner with L'Oréal in the Los Angeles area. You will act as the recruiting subject‑matter expert, driving end‑to‑end talent acquisition for retail and beauty positions while delivering a white‑glove experience to both candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions.
• Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to define requirements and build diverse talent pools.
• Maintain daily communication with client recruiting teams, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Provide market insights, benchmark candidates, and advise on selection strategies.
• Source proactively across all channels and build networks to attract passive talent.
• Guide candidates through the process, negotiate offers, and manage “silver‑medalist” pipelines.
• Update and manage all candidate activity in the ATS promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional recruiting experience; retail or RPO background a plus.
• Experience recruiting for beauty, makeup, cosmetics, or fragrance brands preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume requisitions end‑to‑end.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
