Training & Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve employee learning programs across our organization. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will partner with leaders to create engaging onboarding, compliance, leadership and role‑specific training that drives performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain training curricula for onboarding, compliance, leadership development and functional skills.
• Facilitate in‑person, virtual and hybrid sessions for employees and managers.
• Create training materials, presentations, job aids and guides.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify learning needs and opportunities.
• Support rollout of new training initiatives, policies and regulatory updates.
• Track completion, maintain records in HRIS and LMS, and generate compliance reports.
• Analyze participation data and feedback to recommend improvements.
• Contribute to leadership development and workforce capability projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning & development or HR.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and instructional design abilities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training‑tracking tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with virtual learning tools.
