About the role

Hadrian is seeking a proactive Sourcer to join its recruiting team. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers across engineering, manufacturing, and G&A functions to build talent pipelines that accelerate the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute modern sourcing strategies using automation, data‑driven prospecting, and specialized tools.
• Optimize recruiting workflows through process automation, data extraction, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and improve interview‑to‑offer conversion.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby ATS, referral campaigns, and targeted outreach.
• Embed diversity‑focused sourcing practices throughout the funnel.
• Manage multiple requisitions, assess pipeline health, and adjust priorities as business needs evolve.
• Create talent maps and market insights to guide workforce planning.
• Represent Hadrian’s brand at industry events and digital platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, preferably in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong ability to anticipate hiring needs and deliver high‑quality candidate experiences.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
