About the role
Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join an in‑house, remote team supporting a client’s U.S. operations. You will own the full‑cycle recruiting process for a diverse portfolio of life‑science, engineering, and professional positions, working closely with hiring managers in a highly structured environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple requisitions across Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific time zones.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities and timelines.
- Source, screen and assess candidates across functional areas, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
- Coordinate interview panels, including stakeholders from Danaher.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in the ATS.
- Operate within a process‑driven recruiting organization and adhere to compliance standards.
Required profile
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in life‑science and engineering domains.
- Proven ability to recruit across a variety of professional roles.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in fast‑paced environments.
- Based in the U.S. with availability aligned to Eastern or Central time zones (preferred).
- Background in large, structured, process‑driven organizations.
Required skills
- Workday (ATS) experience.
What we offer
- Base pay ranging from $35 to $45 per hour, dependent on experience and location.
