Senior Recruiter - Marketing & Creative

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Senior Recruiter for its Nashville, Tennessee office to recruit and place Marketing & Creative talent for clients. The recruiter builds a steady pipeline of qualified candidates, matches them to client job orders and keeps in touch with professionals on contract assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and review Marketing & Creative candidates through cold calls, job boards, social networks and internal databases
• Interview candidates by video, phone and in person, assessing skills, work history and salary expectations
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future clients
• Select well-matched candidates for client orders and keep ongoing contact with professionals on contract assignments
• Resolve customer service issues quickly to maintain high client satisfaction
• Generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development
• Maintain candidate relationships to gain industry knowledge, referrals and new business, and meet weekly business development goals

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a Marketing & Creative-related field is preferred
• Proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, urgent environment
• Competitive, self-motivated with a proven track record of success
