Senior Recruiter

About the role

EAB is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition across multiple business lines. Based in Richmond, Virginia (or Washington, D.C.), you will partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, and drive offers to successful closure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: attract, screen, interview, and negotiate offers.
• Develop deep understanding of each business unit’s hiring needs and craft tailored interview frameworks.
• Promote EAB’s employer brand to generate candidate interest in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to accelerate decision‑making and ensure timely hires.
• Prepare and present equitable offer packages, addressing candidate concerns to secure acceptances.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to refine sourcing tactics and meet hiring targets.
• Share pipelines and best practices with fellow recruiters to achieve team goals.
• Act as a consultative talent partner, advising on role definition, market realities, and assessment strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting for professional or corporate roles.
• Strong ability to assess candidate fit against diverse job profiles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret recruiting metrics.
