Senior Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will join Discovery Land Company’s Development Department at Atlantic Fields, overseeing high‑end luxury residential and amenity projects. The role ensures every project meets Discovery Land standards, owner expectations, and delivers on budget, schedule, and quality from inception through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage General Contractors (GCs) responsible for residential and commercial construction, holding them accountable for estimating, bidding, budgeting, cost control, and profit & loss.
• Oversee client communications throughout the home‑building process, providing regular updates on budget, schedule, and contract matters.
• Supervise the GC’s construction team, ensuring subcontractors, field superintendents, and other project members execute to plan.
• Enforce adherence to project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction; escalate deficiencies to ownership when needed.
• Utilize construction management software to track budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, inspections, punch lists, and reporting.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with stakeholders, including OAC meetings, executive reporting, design coordination, safety talks, and monthly project reviews.
• Schedule and conduct all client‑facing calls, on‑site meetings, and presentations regarding project status.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising employees and contractors in high‑end residential construction.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality controls.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills and capacity to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with municipal, state, and federal construction regulations.
