Warranty Manager

About the role

The Warranty Manager will join Discovery Land Company’s Development & Construction Department at Atlantic Fields, outside Hobe Sound, FL. This position is responsible for delivering a seamless warranty experience for members, contractors, and internal teams while upholding the company’s high standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all warranty deliveries, service repairs, and related communications with contractors, vendors, and members.
• Inspect, track, and ensure timely completion of all service repairs.
• Hold contractors accountable for results and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and members on home maintenance and warranty eligibility.
• Oversee multiple projects, deadlines, finances, and quality assurance for service items.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving.
• Adapt quickly to new projects and a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury residential or commercial construction.
• Proven ability to work across departments and meet high member expectations.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and follow‑through skills.
• Strong time‑management, organizational, and scheduling abilities.
• Experience handling rapidly shifting priorities and timelines.
• Capability to provide training in one‑on‑one and small‑group settings.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
