Senior Project Manager - Data Management

About the role

Moog is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data management programs across multiple projects and workstreams. The role combines governance, strategy, and execution while operating in a hybrid environment with at least three days on‑site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program strategy, roadmaps, integrated plans, schedules, milestones and performance measures.
• Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional programs that involve business, technical, operational, vendor and support teams.
• Serve as the primary executive interface, providing concise updates, facilitating decisions and driving accountability.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including risk, issue, dependency and audit‑readiness management.
• Own program budget, resource planning, forecasting, tracking and variance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project or program management, with at least 5 years managing large, cross‑functional programs.
• Over 3 years of people‑leadership or matrix‑leadership experience, demonstrating ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
• Proven executive communication skills and experience operating in regulated environments.
