Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation

About the role

Woolpert is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Global Transformation team. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that improve how the organization works, scales, and delivers value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project setup, planning, and execution, creating charters, roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and phase exit criteria.
• Drive day‑to‑day delivery, manage task ownership, timeline, decision tracking, issue resolution, and risk escalation.
• Apply project‑management standards, governance forums, lifecycle phases, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross‑functional transformation projects.
• Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and drive work forward with limited direction.
• Experience with project governance, milestone reviews, change control, and executive reporting.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
