Senior Product Manager

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at Trase Systems you will define the vision for AI‑driven solutions that integrate systems of engagement, record, and insight. You will own product strategy, roadmap, specifications, and delivery while collaborating with customers, engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy: develop a robust strategy and vision based on customer needs and industry trends.
• Roadmap: craft and validate near‑ and long‑term product roadmaps with key customers and stakeholders.
• Product specifications: partner with design teams to create user experiences and detailed feature specifications.
• Feature development: collaborate with engineering to drive execution, mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Product evangelism: present the vision at conferences and create collateral such as presentations and whitepapers for strategic customers and partners.
• Collaboration: build strong relationships with customers to identify use cases and work with product marketing and sales on go‑to‑market plans.
• Market intelligence: monitor competitors and industry trends to keep the product ahead of the market.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in software development or product management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑disciplinary teams including engineering, marketing, and UX.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and economic stakeholders.
• Experience with AI and healthcare domains is a plus.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
