Senior Product Manager, Case and Tote Storage

About the role

Dematic is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead regional execution and commercial success of its case and tote storage portfolio, including shuttle and ultra‑high‑density solutions. The role bridges customer needs with the global product strategy and drives product roadmaps from concept through commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own execution‑focused product roadmaps, schedules, milestones and delivery plans for assigned product lines.
• Manage the full product lifecycle – from new product introduction, beta deployment, commercialization, sustaining, modernization to sunset activities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, drive the tollgate process (TG00‑TG90), and ensure on‑time delivery and risk mitigation.
• Maintain product business cases, monitor revenue, margin and order intake, and support pricing and sales enablement.
• Serve as the primary product management partner for AMCS sales, solution development, project execution and regional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or a technical field; MBA or master’s preferred.
• 8‑10 years of product management or related leadership experience, with at least 3 years in material handling, intralogistics or warehouse automation.
• Proven experience leading complex cross‑functional development and commercialization programs.
• Strong commercial acumen, including business case development, budgeting and margin management.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites, facilities and trade shows.

• Shuttle systems and goods‑to‑person technologies.
• Ultra‑high‑density storage solutions (e.g., AutoStore, Miniload).
• Project management (PMP certification preferred).
• Technical understanding across mechanical, electrical, controls and software domains.
