About the role
Dematic is seeking a Controls Engineer to join its Technical Support group, providing remote assistance to customers in the material handling industry.
Key responsibilities
- Support semi‑complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot material specifications, schematics, and PLC logic to isolate issues.
- Travel 20‑30% to customer sites, including possible weekends and overtime.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service support within a related field.
Required skills
- Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC platforms.
- Controls hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Siemens and Modicon PLCs (a plus).
