Senior Product Designer

About the role

FanDuel is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its team working on the Flywheel products, including FanDuel Racing, Fantasy and Retail. The designer works with Product Designers and collaborates daily with Product, UX Research, Analytics, Content Design and Engineering. It is a highly visible role focused on delivering new features and improving existing experiences, with a salary range of $112,000 - $154,000 USD depending on experience, location and market conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, managing priorities independently
• Incorporate insights from product, marketing and engineering into design decisions
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, aligning them on user-centered goals
• Facilitate design reviews and advocate for clear communication
• Analyze user feedback across touchpoints and validate hypotheses with research and data teams
• Mentor and coach colleagues and support onboarding of new hires
• Take part in application, case study and experience reviews

Required profile

• Full understanding of one or more functional areas of Product Design, with experience on multiple shipped products
• Experience working with product, engineering and research teams, and in design workshops with cross-functional teams
• Minimum 3+ years of professional Figma experience
• Strong knowledge of visual hierarchy, layout, information architecture and user-centered design
• Good working knowledge of user research and of designing with accessibility and inclusivity
