Senior Product Analyst (Matchmaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to become the independent analytical voice of our Matching & Relationships team. You will design rigorous experiments, challenge assumptions with data, and turn numbers into decisions across matchmaking, messaging and AI‑assisted experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run end‑to‑end product experiments, including hypothesis formulation, sample size calculation, and statistical significance assessment.
• Unify metrics across product areas, linking them to the core company metric (MAP) and drivers such as acquisition, retention, reactivation and churn.
• Provide an independent analytical check on product direction, grounding decisions in data rather than intuition.
• Identify high‑leverage growth opportunities where minimal effort yields maximal impact on key metrics.
• Track performance against goals, flag early drifts, and investigate anomalies to uncover root causes.
• Generate, prioritize and validate hypotheses with product managers and improve analytical processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product analytics experience, preferably with large data volumes.
• Degree in mathematics, engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong command of mathematical statistics, probability theory and practical application.
• Hands‑on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, including sizing and significance.
• High autonomy, critical thinking and clear communication backed by data.

Required skills

• Fluency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python for data extraction, processing and visualization.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Superset is a plus).
• Deep understanding of product and marketing metrics such as LTV, CPA, retention and conversion rates.
