Senior Product Analyst (CX)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) to own and evolve product metrics, conduct research, and drive data‑informed decisions across its global social discovery platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the metrics tree, own metric definitions, and validate dashboards.
• Conduct ad‑hoc investigations of metric fluctuations, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize problems with product teams.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, ensuring proper sample sizing, split correctness, and reporting of results with guardrail metrics.
• Define data‑tracking requirements, maintain a test archive, and surface data‑quality issues proactively.

Required profile

• Higher education in a mathematical or technical field.
• Strong knowledge of statistical and probability methods.
• Experience extracting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
• Deep experience running and interpreting A/B tests and familiarity with marketing metrics.
