Senior Principal – Travel Business Consulting

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior Principal to lead its Travel and Aviation practice in Dallas. The role focuses on helping airline and broader travel clients address business challenges, leverage technology trends and drive large‑scale transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transformation programs for airline, cruise, hotel and car‑rental clients, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and with measurable business impact.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, develop industry point‑of‑view and articulate best practices across people, process and technology.
• Create growth strategies, go‑to‑market solutions and business cases, including ROI calculations and capital budgeting.
• Provide program and project management, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and senior client relationships.
• Drive business process improvement using Infosys consulting methodologies and tools.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the travel or aviation sector with deep understanding of the airline value chain and commercial, operations or engineering functions.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and build trusted relationships.
• Strong leadership skills to guide internal and client teams through complex engagements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of modern airline retailing, advertising technology (AdTech) and marketing technology (MarTech) in the travel industry.
• Expertise in consulting processes, business case development and ROI analysis.
• Program management and delivery of large transformation initiatives.
