About the role
We are seeking a motivated and strategic leader to manage the US partner strategy for the upcoming LEGO® League program. Based in Boston, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with global teams to expand hands‑on STEM learning across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner delivery strategy to grow program reach and impact.
- Research, identify, and evaluate potential partners aligned with our mission and values.
- Provide ongoing support, tools, and training to partners while representing the LEGO brand.
- Establish metrics, monitor performance, and deliver feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and education impact teams to align partnership initiatives with organizational goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community leaders.
Required profile
- Prior experience developing and implementing partner strategies.
- Proven track record in partnership management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with global, cross‑functional teams.
