Senior Paralegal

About the role

Bosch is looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join the Legal Team supporting the Home Comfort division. The role provides contract review, legal research, litigation assistance and day‑to‑day operational support in a fast‑paced, business‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit and manage commercial agreements such as NDAs, distributor and purchasing contracts.
• Identify and flag legal risks, escalating deviations from approved templates to attorneys.
• Maintain contract databases and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct legal and factual research on commercial, corporate, regulatory and litigation matters, summarising findings for attorneys.
• Assist with active litigation and pre‑litigation matters, including document collection, e‑discovery, chronologies and deadline tracking.
• Support outside counsel, organise case files, manage litigation calendars and handle subpoenas, discovery responses and witness preparation.
• Provide operational support for legal processes, playbooks, policy updates, trainings and knowledge‑management systems.
• Prepare drafts of correspondence, internal guidance documents and routine filings, and support corporate governance tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of paralegal experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with in‑house attorneys and external counsel.
