About the role

This position involves acting as a judicial representative for the protection of vulnerable adults, including people with disabilities and the elderly. You will work closely with individuals both at home and in care facilities, supporting their personal projects and safeguarding their administrative, financial, patrimonial and legal interests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor curatorship and guardianship measures for adults with disabilities or seniors.
• Assist beneficiaries in their individual projects and manage their administrative, financial and legal affairs.
• Visit beneficiaries regularly, represent them in court and prepare required reports for judicial authorities.
• Collaborate with a network of professionals such as healthcare providers, magistrates, notaries and social workers.

Required profile

• Minimum a university degree in law or a validated social diploma.
• National Certificate of Competence for Judicial Representatives (MPJM) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Open to beginners; strong organizational skills and rigor are essential.
• Excellent relational abilities, high level of French language and orthographic proficiency.

Required skills

• Strong written and oral communication in French.

• Permanent full‑time contract (CDI) based in Saint‑Cloud.
• Base gross salary of €2,100.71 per month, seniority adjustments according to collective agreement.
