Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer to design, build, and maintain complex data integrations across the Oracle HCM ecosystem. This remote position requires deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a passion for delivering secure, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external HRIS, payroll, benefits, finance and compliance systems.
• Develop high‑quality code using PL/SQL, SQL, Python and Java for data transformations, validations and automation.
• Build interfaces with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher and Oracle Integration Cloud (or similar middleware).
• Implement REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP/file transfers and secure patterns such as OAuth and certificates.
• Optimize queries and batch processes for large‑scale HCM data operations.
• Ensure data privacy, SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Monitor integrations with logging, alerts and provide timely support.
• Create technical specifications, mappings, runbooks and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience developing Oracle HCM integrations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor) and underlying data structures.
• Proven ability to work remotely in a distributed team and mentor junior developers.
