Senior Oracle HCM Integration Developer

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Integration Developer for a hybrid position in Washington, DC. The role involves designing, building, and supporting integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support HCM Cloud applications, including inbound and outbound integrations.
• Automate end‑to‑end integration using SOAP, REST/ATOM web services and FBDI file uploads.
• Design, develop, and unit‑test integration components in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Track integration workstream status and provide technical estimates and design recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, coordinating with third‑party service providers as needed.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience implementing Human Capital Management solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, and related integration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary $100,000‑$130,000 USD per year.
