Senior Navy ERP Specialist – Working Capital Fund

About the role

You will support the Navy Working Capital Fund audit activities and provide expert guidance on Navy ERP (SAP) processes. This senior position contributes directly to improving financial efficiency, security, and compliance for a US Navy client.

Key responsibilities

• Support NWCF audit activities, including data analysis, reconciliation, and corrective action planning.
• Provide expertise on Navy ERP (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) processes for revenue/expense recognition, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
• Translate technical nuances into actionable solutions for audit teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with audit response packages, sample requests, and evidence development.
• Identify root causes of financial data discrepancies and recommend sustainable improvements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in Navy Working Capital Fund financial management or audit support.
• Hands‑on experience with Navy ERP (SAP) at Tier 2/3 support levels.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI, FM, SD, and CO modules.
• Experience supporting DoD financial audits and familiarity with DoD FMR and GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
