Senior Manager – M&A Tax Services

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to join its US National Tax Services M&A Partnership Tax team. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through complex merger and acquisition transactions while ensuring tax efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client service accounts and lead engagement workstreams.
• Supervise, mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
• Analyse and resolve intricate tax implications of M&A transactions.
• Drive digitisation, automation and efficiency initiatives within the tax practice.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional experts to design optimal tax structures.

Required profile

• Senior‑manager level experience in tax advisory, preferably within M&A.
• Proven ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making skills in ambiguous situations.
• Commitment to professional standards, firm code of conduct and independence requirements.
