Senior Manager – Key Account Sales

About the role

The Senior Manager – Key Account, Sales leads client relationships for Bureau Veritas Consumer Product Services, driving growth and ensuring account health across the East Coast market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute win‑back strategies to regain market share and improve client satisfaction.
• Manage P&L for assigned accounts, including forecasting, budgeting and revenue forecasting by product line and region.
• Maintain regular client communication, lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations and RFP processes.
• Identify and sell new BVCPS services to existing accounts, leading quarterly account reviews and client meetings.
• Monitor account health, risks and opportunities, and keep accurate account data in Salesforce.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree in business administration or related field (MBA preferred); 7+ years relevant experience, including 5 years in consumer products.
• 5+ years supervisory experience with proven ability to manage large, strategic accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and analytical skills; ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
