Senior Manager II, Site Engineer – Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager II, Site Engineer to lead supply‑chain operations within a Walmart distribution centre. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, managing quality engineering teams and partnering with senior leadership to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager, Assistant GM and Process Improvement Manager to identify and execute end‑to‑end improvements.
• Manage the workload of Process Quality Engineers, balancing network‑driven projects with site‑specific initiatives.
• Apply continuous‑improvement tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Time‑and‑Motion Studies, Statistical Process Control, 5S and Six Sigma to eliminate losses.
• Support the Walmart Performance System and Daily Management System through problem‑solving and counter‑measure implementation.
• Drive execution of business plans, set performance standards, monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide supervision, coaching, performance evaluations and development opportunities for associates.
• Promote company policies, ethics and an inclusive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain or distribution‑center operations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
