Senior Manager, Global Cross Border Engagement Services

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Global Cross Border Engagement Services, you will act as a strategic advisor to PwC’s internal and external clients, helping them navigate complex cross‑border tax, pricing, immigration, contract and compliance matters. You will lead high‑performing teams, influence engagement partners and deliver clear, data‑driven recommendations that support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Consult on pricing, immigration, contract set‑up, taxes, security and other compliance issues for cross‑border engagements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks arising from international engagements using strategic thinking and problem‑solving.
• Research and analyse cross‑border tax regulations to provide informed guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with engagement teams and member firms through effective communication.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying problems and opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with stakeholders, incorporate feedback and improve processes.
• Coach, mentor and develop diverse, inclusive teams, guiding them through ambiguity.
• Model professional and technical standards, ensuring compliance with PwC’s code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in international tax compliance or cross‑border consulting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
