Senior Manager – Financial Due Diligence & Insurance Risk Management

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Deals – Financial Due Diligence, Insurance Risk Management Services, you will advise clients on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures within the insurance sector. You will lead analyses of earnings quality, assets and cash flows to help maximise transaction value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for insurance‑related M&A transactions.
• Analyse financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows and other key deal issues.
• Provide strategic advice and business diligence services to maximise transaction value.
• Manage complex transactions, applying sound judgment and escalating when necessary.
• Develop and coach diverse teams to solve intricate problems and deliver project success.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
• Craft clear, impactful messages that convey a holistic story to stakeholders.
• Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives and act on feedback.
• Direct teams through ambiguity while maintaining composure.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Health Administration, Mathematics/Statistics or Risk Management/Insurance.
