Senior Maintenance Technician – Production Facility

About the role

RushOrderTees is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance across its fast‑paced production environment. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, optimizing equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform advanced preventive and predictive maintenance on printing presses, dryers, conveyors, and other production equipment.
• Lead response to critical equipment failures, ensuring rapid restoration of operations.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement long‑term solutions.
• Support installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and analyze trends to improve reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systems troubleshooting.
• Experience with automated production equipment; printing or textile equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Proven experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Flexibility to work off‑hours, weekends, or on‑call as needed.
