Senior Maintenance Supervisor – Irvington Place & 11th & Spruce

About the role

The Senior Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests and routine maintenance issues in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Lead the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality, scope, and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while staying within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company policies.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multi‑unit residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and code compliance.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
