Senior Leasing Professional – North End (WA Flex Team)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Professional to join its Western Washington Flex Team. The role focuses on serving the North End region, covering communities such as Everett, Lynnwood, Mukilteo, Bothell, Shoreline, Lake City, Ballard, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and Downtown Seattle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, and completing credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with operational teams to address property‑specific challenges and support diverse asset types.
