Senior Leasing Manager – The Margo & The Kathryn

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations for two of its communities, The Margo and The Kathryn. The role oversees marketing, advertising, sales activities, and the leasing team to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing, concessions, and track daily leasing activities.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and execute print and digital advertising strategies, leveraging technology and property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety, inspect ready units, and use merchandising techniques such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Review and analyze financial, traffic, and closing reports to drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams and community marketing.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to set pricing strategies and monitor financial performance.
