Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Manager acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders across Interventional Urology, balancing forward‑looking organizational strategy with hands‑on HR leadership. The role drives organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, development, and ensures compliance and operational excellence across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on organizational design, compensation, workforce planning and people strategy while representing the people agenda in leadership meetings.
• Lead change initiatives, champion culture, inclusion and diversity programs, and manage HR projects such as reorganizations and talent initiatives.
• Oversee the full people cycle—from recruitment to off‑boarding—including succession planning, performance management and leadership development.
• Partner with legal counsel to resolve employee‑relations issues and ensure compliance with Coloplast policies, labor laws and safety standards.
• Deliver high‑quality HR data and analytics, drive process improvements, and coordinate with HR subject‑matter experts across compensation, benefits, learning and development.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree required; advanced HR certification (SPHR or SHRM‑SCP) strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of HR generalist/business‑partner experience, preferably in a global med‑device environment.
• Proven success in strategic HR leadership within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Deep understanding of talent management, change management and organizational development.
