People (HR) Specialist - University

About the role
Dreaming big is a core ingredient at Anheuser‑Busch. As part of our People team, you’ll help discover, develop and continuously improve our organizational talent. This full‑time entry‑level People (HR) role supports leaders and teams across Supply Chain, Commercial, or Corporate functions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders to understand priorities, support day‑to‑day people needs, and execute practical solutions that strengthen team performance.
- Support core People initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and engagement.
- Analyze workforce, talent, organizational, and operational data to identify trends, develop insights, and inform recommendations for People and business leaders.
- Contribute to projects, reports, presentations, and process improvements that simplify ways of working and strengthen People team impact.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required; current university students or recent graduates with a GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred.
- Geographical and functional mobility required; open to future relocation and gaining experience across different People functions and U.S. locations.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capability through work experience, internships, campus involvement, or extracurricular activities.
- Uses data, insights and curiosity to solve problems, challenge the status quo and identify improvement opportunities.
- Builds strong relationships, listens actively, seeks diverse perspectives and can influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
