Senior Manager, Payroll

About the role

The Senior Manager, Payroll will lead end‑to‑end payroll operations for Servier’s U.S. workforce, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance while building scalable processes that grow with the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee bi‑weekly payroll for approximately 700 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as primary owner and advanced user of ADP Workforce Now, handling reporting, audits, and issue resolution.
• Drive operational improvements by identifying process gaps and developing scalable solutions.
• Approve payroll before submission and oversee interfaces to benefits and finance systems such as 401(k), FSA, HSA.
• Manage payroll tax processes, including quarterly and year‑end filings, and lead audits and reconciliations.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal & Compliance to ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years of payroll‑related experience.
• Proven experience leading payroll transitions and system implementations.
• Strong understanding of multi‑state payroll compliance, tax regulations, and payroll accounting.
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and employee service mindset.

Required skills

• ADP Workforce Now (advanced user).
• Advanced Excel skills.
