About the role
The Corporate Finance Decision Support team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Financial Crime Compliance market. The role focuses on financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and process improvement, working in a hybrid environment in Alpharetta, GA.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, interpret and analyze large data sets, completing reconciliations and monthly forecasts.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets and detailed financial models for the FCC market.
- Support month‑end close activities, prepare schedules and reports, and assess their impact on overall financials.
- Identify inconsistencies, trends and improvement opportunities, recommending and implementing process enhancements.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate data analysis and insight generation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and other functional areas.
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses and other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- 3+ years of diverse financial analysis and accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Essbase.
- Experience with Hyperion.
