Financial Analyst II

About the role

The Finance Analyst II will support labor reporting, forecasting and financial planning for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Working in a hybrid setting in Alpharetta, GA, you will analyze labor and expense data, provide actionable insights and partner with finance and operational teams to improve decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update monthly labor reports, track roster movements and use financial models to forecast labor outcomes.
• Perform financial analysis of operational and GL data, building reports and dashboards in Excel and Dodeca.
• Lead reporting and automation projects, handling requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation and post‑deployment support.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for Oracle Fusion reporting and forecasting, ensuring data integrity and effective controls.
• Execute initialization and recurring checks during forecast cycles for merit, benefits, pensions and allocations.
• Submit and review forecast adjustments for expenses, headcount and allocation percentages.
• Provide ad‑hoc analytical support during month‑end close, forecasting and planning cycles.
• Analyze month‑end expense variances, compare actuals to forecasts and budgets, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with decision‑support, Workday and other teams to deliver financial insights for strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial analysis, labor reporting and forecasting.
• Strong attention to data integrity and ability to work with cross‑functional finance stakeholders.
• Comfort with month‑end close processes and variance analysis.
