Senior Finance Automation & Standardization Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Automation & Standardization Analyst to lead reporting, automation, and standardization initiatives that enhance data integrity and financial decision‑making. The role serves as the Oracle Fusion reporting subject‑matter expert and works closely with Finance and Systems teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the finance reporting portfolio, creating new reports and optimizing existing ones for better accessibility and accuracy.
• Act as the Oracle Fusion reporting SME, ensuring data integrity, governance, and effective controls while providing user support.
• Lead automation and standardization projects that reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency across the organization.
• Own end‑to‑end reporting and automation projects, from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and post‑deployment support.
• Partner with the Financial Systems Administration team and business stakeholders to evaluate, test, and deploy new tools and technologies.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and best‑practice guides to drive adoption and sustainable support.
• Provide analytical support during month‑end close, forecasting, and planning activities.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial analysis and accounting.
• Proven experience automating finance processes and standardizing reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects from conception to delivery.
