Senior Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Korn Ferry is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the President of Global Technology Industries and Korn Ferry Digital. This fully remote position requires managing complex schedules, travel, communications and business documentation across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, including internal meetings, calls across time zones, video conferences and client meetings.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Prepare and submit expense reports, reconcile statements and maintain timesheets using SAP.
• Serve as primary contact for external customers and manage professional communications.
• Schedule meetings, manage events and support quarterly business reviews.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and business documents.
• Handle file maintenance, scanning, photocopying, mailings and meeting coordination.
• Support executive phone coverage and collaborate with other administrative staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of executive‑assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
• Strong professionalism, judgment and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Analytical mindset and ability to improve operational processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP for expense and timesheet management.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience (preferred).
