Senior Dual Site Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Dual Site Maintenance Supervisor oversees all technical and mechanical work across two large residential properties, ensuring interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality while staying within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate resident service work orders and routine upkeep, adhering to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and shared facilities.
• Inspect work performed by team members and external contractors, ensuring compliance with quality specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies while controlling costs.
• Prepare and monitor the maintenance and capital expense budget using financial statements and operational reports.
• Execute monthly preventative‑maintenance procedures and support cost‑cutting initiatives.
• Conduct safety meetings, keep MSDS sheets current and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing maintenance operations in large residential or multifamily properties.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, inventory control and vendor management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a maintenance team and deliver high‑quality service to residents.
