Senior Director, Solutions Architecture – Americas

About the role

As Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for the Americas, you will own the US and Canada commercial Solutions Architecture function, leading the team that turns enterprise interest in agentic AI into deployed, production systems and driving the technical win in a highly competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Americas Solutions Architecture organization, hiring and developing senior technical talent.
• Own the technical win for strategic enterprise pursuits and partner with sales to drive revenue.
• Define vision, strategy and operating model for the region, establishing repeatable solution‑selling methodologies and industry playbooks.
• Architect secure, scalable, production‑ready agentic AI solutions across cloud, hybrid, VPC and on‑premises environments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape roadmap based on customer feedback.

Required profile

• 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture, with 7+ years leading customer‑facing technical teams.
• Proven track record of hiring, coaching and developing high‑performing solutions teams.
• Executive presence and ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders such as CEOs, CIOs, AI Officers and CISOs.
• Hands‑on technical credibility with experience building and testing AI models and agentic systems.
• Commercial acumen demonstrated by influencing strategic deals and owning revenue targets.

Required skills

• Design and deployment of large language models and agentic AI systems.
• Enterprise integrations and retrieval‑augmented architectures.
• Cloud, hybrid and on‑premises deployment models, including VPC configurations.
• Security, governance and compliance for AI solutions.
