Senior Director, Pharmacokinetics

About the role

The Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, Metabolism and Bioanalytics (PDMB) organization seeks a senior scientific and operational leader to drive bioanalytical strategy across discovery programs spanning biologics, small molecules, conjugates and novel modalities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scientific and portfolio leadership for fit‑for‑purpose bioanalytical assay execution, data quality, compliance and decision‑making impact.
• Drive operational excellence through workflow optimization, automation, digital tools and continuous process improvement.
• Manage and develop bioanalytical leaders, laboratory scientists and DMPK representatives, ensuring clear scientific expectations and career growth.
• Represent PDMB on cross‑functional discovery and development teams, integrating ADME, PK/PD, translational and regulatory perspectives.

Required profile

• Master’s (15+ years) or Ph.D. (12+ years) in pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, bioanalytical chemistry or related discipline.
• Proven scientific and operational leadership in bioanalysis of biologics, conjugates, peptides, small molecules and emerging modalities.
• Extensive experience leading cross‑functional discovery and development programs and managing high‑performing scientific teams.
